Mara and Taylor jumped apart and both looked guilty.  Zac was staring down at both of them, his eyes accusing.

Im gonna go, Mara finally said as she scurried out of the hot tub.  She pulled her jeans on over her wet bathing suit bottoms and turned to Zac.

I know youre angry...please call me.  I can explain, OK?

Zac was silent, the hurt completely evident in his eyes.  Mara grabbed her purse and sweater off a chair and headed directly out the door.  Zac spun on his heel and followed through the same door, focused on getting to his room without breaking anything.

Zac, wait, Taylor called.  Zac walked faster.

Dude, Im not fucking kidding!  Taylor called again.  Zac had already punched the elevator button when Taylor caught up to him.

Nothing was gonna happen, Taylor started.

Bullshit! Zac nearly screamed.  His language drew a few stares from hotel patrons.

Calm down, Taylor whispered as the elevator doors opened.  They both stepped inside and Zac waited for the doors to close to really let Taylor have it.

I cannot fucking believe you, Zac nearly spat at his brother.  Its one thing to cheat with some random party chick, but it is something completely different when you start making moves on people I brought over to spend time with ME.  What the fuck is wrong with you?  Are you completely incapable of keeping your dick in your fucking pants?

That was uncalled for, Taylor said, his voice completely even.

Was it?  I dont really think so.  You need to learn that you cant have everything you want.  You cant have every woman on the planet, Zac told him.

I know, Taylor said.

Did you do anything with her? Zac asked.  He was almost afraid of the answer.

I gave her a massage.  I swear, thats it.

You didnt kiss her?

No, Taylor declared.  I didnt kiss her.

Good thing I walked in when I did.  Because you would have kissed her.  Youre a total shithead.  You know that?

Youre right Zac.  Youre totally right, Taylor placated.  Im so sorry for anything I did to piss you off.  I had no right to go near her.

No shit, you had no fucking right! Zac said.

And I swear, no more being stupid.  I wont do it anymore.  I swear.  Just please dont tell anyone, OK?

Ahh, a phrase Zac was used to hearing.  I just want to let you know that if you try anything like that ever again, I will seriously make you wish that you had never been born.  And I can do it, too.  You know that.

Yes, I know that, and I want to say Im sorry again.  I had no right.

Zac slid his card-key into his door and went to take a shower.  When he was done, he was still mad, fuming, actually, at what Taylor had pulled.  Not only was it shitty to him, it was even worse to Natalie.  When he was tying his long hair back, Zacs eyes fell on his cell phone and the ultimate payback hatched in his mind.  It wax the right thing to do, too, he convinced himself.  He pulled a black tee shirt on and grabbed his phone.  When hed flipped through the memories to the right number, he pushed dial without another thought.  The phone rang three times before a female voice picked up.

Hello?

Hi, Zac said.  Can I speak to Natalie?
