| Taylor rolled off me sweaty and panting. Even in with his hair all disheveled and breathing like he was going to pass out, he was still gorgeous. He settled next to me and I rested my head in the crook of his shoulder. We lay there in silence for a few minutes and I was nearly asleep when he spoke. Natalie? he asked quietly. Yes Taylor? I mumbled back. Would you love me if I wasnt famous? My eyes shot opened and I sat up, ignoring the fact that my blanket had fallen around me and I was completely naked from the waist up. I looked him directly in the eye and answered him. Jordan Taylor Hansonif you dont know me well enough to know the answer to that question I started. His eyes stared into mine, still begging for a concrete answer. Of course I would love you if you werent famous. I dont love you because youre musics on the radioI love you cause when you get nervous your cheeks turn pink, and because you refuse to eat steak without ketchup and because youll paint my toenails when I ask nicely. I love you cause youre you, I finished, leaning over and kissing him softly. I love you too, he said as he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me down next to him. I settled against his chest and together we fell into a deep sleep. ********** I rolled over and looked at the clock. It read 8:57AM and Taylors cell phone was ringing from his pants pocket. If I had known where his pants were, I would have answered it, but in our frenzy last night, neither of us planned too much about the strategic locations of our clothes. Taylor? I whispered, trying to shake him off my arm. Taylor, your phones ringing, I whispered in his ear. The ringing seemed to be getting louder and I was getting more and more irritated by it. My angelic looking boyfriend was sleeping like a baby, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I grabbed a blanket off the bed, wrapped it around on me, and went on a quest for his ringing pants. When I found them, I swore I was throwing the phone out the window. |
