From the Murkiest swamps of Albuquerque, emerges Coyote At The Rodeo. (Wait Albuquerque doesn�t have swamps) Ok never mind that. Sooooo!!! You want to know who Coyote At The Rodeo is? HUH!? Do ya HUH!? Ok Wait don't go! Come back we'll tell ya.

C.A.T.R. Is Nick Gallegos, And Jason Young. Two guys, who worked the same crappy, dead end office job making great money, and shared the same dreams of playing great live music. A meeting threw a mutual friend (thanks Josh), and an impromptu jam would bring them together to form what is now Coyote At the Rodeo. Since then they have gone on to work some of the of crappiest jobs that you don�t want (currently both work in a convenient store serving hookers and drug dealers burritos and cokes, but do it with a smile) just to have the fexlibility to do the band.

Nick (It�s all about the music) Gallegos, is an Albuquerque native and established musician with the band Rele, who has long time fan base in ABQ and abroad. They have opened up for Slaughter (yes �Fly to the Angels, �Up All Night�). His brother Mathew, Lead singer for Rele was responsible for C.A.T.R�s first show at the Golden West. (They were The Lab then, but dropped that name after finding out a band in New York had the same name)

Jason (The Rio ain't that Grand) Young, is a St Louis immigrant born in Chicago Ill. He played for Local St Louis band Striek Before their break up in 1998, which saw his move out here to New Mexico. He�s enjoyed success with local Albuquerque dub/Reggie band Sub Agencia, who�s members include ex members of bands like Giant Steps, the Migs, and The Specials, opening for such act�s as Eek a Mouse, Bob Marley�s band the Wailers, Ziggy Marley, and The Toots and the Maytals , before leaving to co find this eclectic project of music that is Coyote At The Rodeo.

Look for Coyote At the Rodeo to release an EP very Shortly. It will be made available on this site for free, as well as threw random outlets Were it can be picked up for free (usally in the flyer bin, check your favorite smoke shop or independent recored store) while supplies last. No word yet on the name
