| Brielle sat at the bar of Brews Brothers after closing time with Marie, after the team had left. They were going through all the pictures Brielle had taken on her digital camera during the party. After she got over the initial shock of Colby, Murley and Huss dressed in drag, she finished her workout and curiosity got the better of her as she was sitting on the couch in the lounge going over some new plays. She got changed and headed over to Brews Brothers, and ducked around corners and behind the bar all night, where she was greeted with photo op after photo op. She smiled as she went through the pictures, laughing with Marie as she went along... Murley, Hussey and Colby singing to Toby... Toby's birthday was the bext day, and all three of the rookies decided to sing Happy Birthday at midnight. They weren't too drunk yet, and were just getting started. Murley was singing into his tennis racket, and Colby was spelling out Toby's name with his pom-poms. Murley and Colby dancing around in the middle of the room... The team decided that the rookies had to dance, and the song that was on when Murley got picked on was Enrique Iglesias's Escape. Which was rather fitting, being that Anna Kournakova guest stars in the video, and that was who Murley modeled his costume for the night on. Colby licking a deck of cards that Murley held out... Colby had had a few to drink, and Matt was performing a "magic trick" with the cards. Murley had asked Colby for "a kiss of the deck for good luck," and instead of kissing the deck, Colby licked it. Murley doing the hand motions for I'm A Little Teapot... The first song Matt could think of was I'm A Little Teapot when the team told him to sing something. Lord knows why, but it was the only song he thought of right off the top of his head. Hussey rapping Ice Ice Baby... The team decided that Hussey should have to sing something because Murley did, and they chose Ice Ice Baby, thinking he didn't know the words. Lo and behold, even in his drunken state, Hussey remembered every single word to the song. Colby holding his stomach and grinning as the guys at his table laughed... "This is worth a miiiiiiillion dollars," Colby had stammered, grinning like a jack-o-lantern, his eyes watery, obviously drunk. Hussey giving a lap dance to Jason MacDonald and Jason waving a $20 bill around... Eric dancing around the bar, holding a beer in each hand... Brendan Buckley fake-kissing Colby, with Bucky's hand over Colby's mouth... "How can you look at that?" Marie asked, laughing. "Bucky's making out with your boyfriend." Brielle laughed. "Because I plan on using it as blackmail against both of them." "That's my girl!" Marie laughed. ~ The Next Day's Morning Skate, 9AM ~ "BUCKLEY!" Brielle shouted, walking into the changing room. Brendan sat on the bench in front of his locker, and was putting on his knee pads for practice. He looked up, his eyes glassy with dark circles under them. "Yeah?" he asked, looking up. "Can I ask you something?" she said, putting her hands on her hips. "What?" Brendan asked, thoroughly confused. It was then that he noticed the piece of paper in Brielle's right hand. "Um, Ellie, what's that?" "This?" she asked, holding it up. She looked at it. "Actually, you might be interested in seeing this..." She turned it around, to reveal to Brendan that it was a photo of him "kissing" Colby the night before. "So my question," she said as Brendan's jaw dropped, "is why the hell were you kissing MY boyfriend last night?" She dropped the photo on his lap as his face paled. The part of the team that was in the changing room burst into laughter when they realized what the paper was. Brielle spun around, her hands still on her hips. "I wouldn't be laughing boys, there's more where that came from..." She went around the room, pointing at each team member as she went. To Hussey, "Ice Ice Baby," to MacDonald, "Lap Dance," to Murley, "I'm A Little Teapot," finally turning to Colby and saying "and I'm sorry honey, but your pudge is not worth a million dollars." Brielle left the room, saying "Practice in ten minutes," over her shoulder as the guys sat, silent, wondering how in the world she knew about what went on at the party. |
