My Poetry Project

Poetry to me means expressing yourself and the type of things you feel inside.You can tell what you feel in life and what you want to be in life.Poetry could be based upon your favorite character.A poem tells something about you ,it is like we are looking into the person's soul.Poems get in touch with people.You can not critize the person's poem,it is there assumption.That is the best thing about poems.Mainly poems to me means that you are telling a feeling.You can even rap,sing it or rhyme.That is poetry.

The Window

The summary of my article: My article is about a babysitter abusing this boy.Wendy Hatras was arrested yesterday May 17,2001.The grandmother,45,hired Hatras,29,of 120 Geery Ave. in Holbrook,four weeks ago after Hatras responded to her ad for a sitter in a local paper.The grandmother put a camera in the living room but to her luck not much time was spent in there,so she moved the camera to the bedroom where she caught Hatras at the time period of 11:20 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Hatras was pulling the baby's hair and slapping it.Then she put her hand over the baby's mouth and checked on the baby now and then.Hatras also tried to breast feed the baby,and touched the baby wrong.

My Room

My room is like a fortress,
you will never know.
Like the one in Camelot,
at night you see a glow.
My room is very safe,
you'll never know.
When you want to be alone,
or when you need something to do.
Though it is very messy,
kind of junky but that's ok.

The House


It will keep you warm at night,
though it might give you a fright.
You can eat in there too,
and sometimes you could keep cool.
Though at night it will keep you warm,
it also keeps you out of harm.
Never even lets you down,
so you won't ever have to frown.
Even when times are hard,
you won't be able to call it a big lard.
It can be a good hiding place too,
so you can jump on people and say "boo".








Ten Unanswerable Questions

  1. If mini marts are open 24/7,why are there locks on the doors?
  2. If cows laugh,does milk come out of his nose?
  3. If aliens are so smart why do they abducted the dumbiest people?
  4. If our legs bended the other way,how would chairs look like?
  5. Why is the sky blue?
  6. Why does it rain?
  7. Why are bats blind?
  8. Why do people commit suicide?
  9. If there was a WW3,would there be as many people in the U.S.?
  10. What would happen if humans can fly?
    I am going to answer question number two,
    about mini marts and what they do.
    How they have lock on the door and they are always open,
    now listen to the words that are being spoken.
    We do it for a reason,
    not because of the season.
    We don't want to get robbed or even killed,
    sliced,diced,or even chilled.
    But the neighborhood is very quiet you know,
    but what about the winter when it snow.
    Though no one comes to this place at night,
    this place is not even a fright.
