Sidewalks in April are a sight to behold



With raindrops falling, umbrellas unfold.



There goes a red one, a purple, a green



Black ones, flowery ones, and colors in between



A sea of umbrellas bobbing and dancing.



Flowers on the side, colorful, enhancing.



My eyes cast about then return to the scene



Of umbrellas and colors, of a picturesque spring.
