So I go into work the next day and it happens again. The same over-played songs get played again�and again�..and again. It gets to a point were it's crazy. Do you radio announcers even notice there playing the same songs?
One day when I was driving around I had the radio on. Some new song had just come out. They played it and it was okay, nothing too special. But the radio announcers, finding something new that hadn't been ruined by being over played yet, decided to play it again right after it had just finished. It was so stupid! And worse of all it ruins good songs. They played 'Highway to Hell' twice within an hour. Would it kill them to play a different song?
Occasionally they play something different like Incubus, Jimmy Eat World, Nirvana, or System of a down. But it's all basically the same. They should mix stuff around. There are too many rock songs out there that aren't on the radio. I don't know how long its been since I heard Rammstein or Sublime on the radio. They have a bunch of good stuff too.
At least I don't to listen to a rap station at work. If I did I really would quit.
