But now every trendy pop cultured person is looking towards a new kind of music. And this new kind of music has become punk rock. It has snuck by many people unoticed and poisoning the rebellious name of punk rock. Examples of these horrible bands: Good Charlotte, Simple plan, Something Coperate.
Simple Plan should have been spotted quicker because the band is full of Canadains. I mean come on, if a band is made up of Canadains you have to be suspicious. I unfortuantly saw a clip of them in concert. Imagine a Back street boy with spiked hair and you've got Simple Plan. The phoneyness in this band is obvious in the song "im a dic" They sing in their high pitch girl voices "im a dic, im addicted to you.." The song is so predictable and all around boring. And quess what, EVERY SONG SOUNDS THE SAME. Stupid Canadains
Something coperate is a bunch of whiny pansies singing about theur girl freinds and how much they love them. Honestly, no one cares. Take a look at some of their songs; Punk Rock Princess, You're gone, Falling for you, I kissed a drunk girl. Ohhhh, you kissed a drunk girl? What a REBEL! You're a real punk star now.
One of the main ones in Good Charlotte. I can't emphasize how bad this band is. I might belittle the subject if i say they are as bad as the back street boys. I simply want to point out that punk music is not rebellion anymore. Some of it is still damn good, but it is music which matters and not some fucking costume party for pseudo rebels.
