Livvy has had a very good start back at school! Over the holidays we had her "evaluated" by a physician, and he definately felt she has ADHD. He prescribed a very low dosage of Ritilan, and we will follow up with him at the end of this month. So far, it has really made a difference in her ability to sit and concentrate at school. Her teacher was amazed at the how much better her behavior is. She hasn't slowed down one bit!! But at least she can "focus" on her work.

We're back to work and working hard! We have alot of training to be done before our last 2 inspections. And alot of paperwork that needs to be done before the last one. Playing catch-up sucks! And for those who know what the 6 year perpetual is...I have come to hate it! (Considering it hasn't been kept up for 2 years, and then having to correct it...with the correct info) Ho Hummm. Anyways, we are all good...and having a great time

Everything is going great here. I attended "Ombudsman Training" a week ago. I already knew most of the information put out, but it was nice to meet some of the Ombudsmen from other commands. Yes, I am the ONLY male ombudsman on Guam. (I think) I haven't met another, yet. Steph has been staying busy with work, school, and sports. She keeps trying to get me to start back running with her. (Healthy stuff, yuck!) She's running 5Ks (3.2 miles) about 3 times a week. That's about 3 miles too much for me. But I think I will start walking in the mornings, its much cooler then
