Richard has left cowboys to join Scottie and Rollie at the Tantra. He's dating Lori Jackson who is one of the shooter bar - bartenderinas. Richard was an asshole right up until he left Elana then it was too late. He's tried to be nicer to everyone but it really didn't work.
It's true Richard used to be my favorite cowboy, and now i wonder what i ever saw in him.
