Howdy and welcome to y'all! Ponderosa Territory is what some folks might call a "theme micronation." It is our intention to create, at least on the Web, a country where the primary law is the "Cowboy Code." For us, at least for now, there is no other Law needed.
Remember: the true Cowboy is not bound by race, or gender, or national origin; we are all joined by our holding fast to the old Code of the West. It is in this spirit that we gather together ... whether as the Gauchos of South America, the vaqueros of Mexico, the cowpunchers of the American West, the Paniolos of Hawaii, or the Stockmen (jackaroo) of the Austrailian Outback. None of the details don't matter --- we all know who we are. And, whether on horseback, or on a 4-wheel drive, on rugged plains, or the concrete canyons of the urban frontiers, we are all Cowboys.
