| Under no conditions will any member of the Cove of Light hold any meeting or interview with any minor/s or person/s under the age of 18 years old unless a parent or legal guardian is present. All initial meetings/interviews will be held in a public setting. Application Notes: Applications for membership of any kind are provided only if specifically requested. The Cove of Light is intended as a religious/spiritual organization, not a social networking service. Our primary purpose is not to get you in contact with any other groups or organizations. If you are interested in any other organizations, ask them not us. If you are interested in membership within the Cove, please specifically mention this. If, after reading through the website and other information, you have any questions, please be specific when inquiring with us. If we recieve any inquiry that is vague or unclear, we will mark it as spam and it will be deleted. |

| Greetings! We ask all who seek membership with the Cove of Light to read through the bylaws. We have created this page to give you a simple overview our membership process as well as our pre-selection process. Blessings, Anora & Awen Eldorath Inquiry and Selection Process 1. Inquiry letters are sent out for affiliations. 2. Responses are either sent an affiliation membership application or a personal membership application. 3. If personal membership is requested the Council reviews the application in private discussion. 4. If the Council votes yes, the canidate will be scheduled to interview with the High Priestess and High Priest. (Our meetings are all conducted in a public setting for initial inteviews. We also expect you to have a basic understanding of the information that we have provided on this website as we believe it will help not only answer some of your questions but to act as a starting point for further discussion about our group at your interview). 5. If the High Priest/High Priestess feel the canidate is suitable for membership the canidate is notified and scheduled to attend an orientation session provided on the first Sunday of each month following services. 6. If the canidate feels that they are willing to commit to a year and day to obtain full membership, temporary membership is granted for that year and day of observation time. |

| Membership Notes: During the probation period as well as once membership has been obtained if the temporary or permanent member is late to a meeting/service they may find that they are denied access if they arrive after the meeting/service has begun. |

| General Notes: If a canidate fails to attend the scheduled meeting there will be no further meetings and the canidate will not be considered for membership. If a canidate fails to attend the orientation session when scheduled then the canidate will be denied membership. If a canidate is late for either of these sessions the canidate will not be considered for membership. If a canidate, potential canidate, member, or other person while participating in our MySpace group or other organizational extension or function, breaks the rules set forth here and/or on our group, they will be removed/deleted/banned, and will not be considered for membership. |
