Quote

"I am the Crone, Grandmother, and Death Mother, wise and tender. Through me pass all in the spiral dance of life, death, and rebirth. I am the Wheel, the shadowed Moon, giving release and renewal to weary souls. The God ushers the Spirits unto me, for I am the Tomb through whom all must pass to be born of my Womb." ~ From Song of the Goddess

CURRENT MOON

Water Meditation

Take some time to get comfortable.

Once you are comfortable, close your eyes and begin breathing slowly, letting the air in and out as you relax your entire body.

See yourself sitting on an isolated beach at midnight. You can hear the sounds of the ocean and of the birds and of the waves crashing nearby. You sit and smell the salty smell of the ocean, and you close your eyes. Once you close your eyes, feel yourself becoming the ocean. You cannot drown, because you are the water. Feel yourself becoming the waves and crashing on the shore. Feel the ebb and flow of the water. Feel the coolness of the water.

After a few minutes of being the water, feel yourself descend deeper and deeper into the ocean. You cannot drown because you breath like the fish, and the animals won't hurt you because they know you are their friend. You pass by lots of fish and other mammals. You see the growth of the plants at the bottom. You then feel your feet touch the bottom of the ocean. You see in front of you a very large mer-man. He tells you to come to him, and he begins talking to you. He tells you that water can help you with understanding your emotions, and that he is there to help you.

He asks you if there are any emotions you would like him to help you with. You think for a moment. You then reply to him what it is you need help with. He speaks to you, and tells you what you can do to help yourself. You then feel better about yourself and how you act in everyday life. He tells you how water sustains life, and he tells you his secrets. He tells you that it is time to part, and you bid each other farewell.

As you turn, you begin to float back up through the ocean. You see the plants. You see the fishes and the other mammals. You then come to the surface of the water, and you can feel yourself as the ebb and flow of the water. You then slowly creep back to the shore and then you begin to feel yourself sitting on the beach again. You begin to breath regularly again. You open your eyes and you are where you started.
