Healing With the Chakras

Using stones is a very good way to heal a particular area of your body or a way to open up a blockage of the chakras. The stones will work in harmony with the flow of energy that travels through the chakras and will heal that particular organ, region, or break up blockages of that chakra. In order to use the stones, find ones that are flat so they won't roll off. Then, place the stone on the chakra for about an hour each day, making sure that you are lying down and relaxing. If you would like to do this overnight, you could tape the stone to the particular chakra you are trying to work on. Here are some correspondences for each chakra that you can use for healing.
