Minister Qualifications * Good Shepherd � We are looking for a minister to shepherd us in everyday, ordinary life. A minister to celebrate with us during the good times and cry with us and hold our hand during the sad, tragic times. We seek a minister who shares rich, full compassion with us. * Helpful Preacher � We are looking for Scriptural preaching that helps people discover the grace of God and the whole of the good news of the Gospel. We seek sermons that help people live whole, healthy lives. Preaching that is Scripturally sound and is helpful to everyone during the week to come and helps them make some sense of life and gives them hope. Preaching that is inspired by the Holy Spirit. * Wise, Caring Leader � We seek a minister who is part of the leadership team, who with wisdom and caring helps the congregation advance its mission, compassion, community, hope, and generosity. * Minister in the Community � We seek a minister who relates with the whole family of the congregation: community people, those served in outreach/mission, constituents, friends of the congregation who live elsewhere, and members. A minister who ministers in the community, not just in the church. A man with a heartfelt desire to preach the Gospel, love God�s people, serve the community and the congregation, learn more, and lead with the team. A man who understands, accepts, and teaches all New Testament Christian doctrine as set forth in the Bible, including salvation, baptism by immersion, and the Lord�s Supper but not excluding any Biblical Truths.
