| Coaches Malcolm Steele: 2nd year coaching with Cove Boys Club. Malcolm is also one of the assistant coaches with the Charleston Primary School football team. Malcolm currently has Four SFA children & youth coaching certificates. Players Name Ben Cassie - Goalkeeper � Good reliable steady keeper. Always looking to improve. Ben has a powerful kick getting the ball up field, often creating attacking opportunities. Iain Smith - Defender � Ian puts in a great shift every game. Strong left foot and very little gets past him. Iain is a great reader of the game and is extremely consistent in performance. Morgan Luxton - Defender � Very strong in centre of defence. Great in the tackle. Loves to get forward at corners and scores the occasional goal with his powerful shooting. Morgan works very hard for the team. Greig Pickard - Defender - Greg is an excellent defender with a strong right foot. Greg is very good in the air and a great header of the ball. Works very hard in every game. Bradley Sullivan � Defender � A good hardworking defender who gives his all in every game. Bradley is a great team player to have around. His long throw-ins� are invaluable. Great trainer. Arran Watson � Midfield � Arran is a versatile player who does a great job in any position. Arran is very quick and is a regular goalscorer. A great player to have in any team. Paul Steele - Midfield � A strong player in midfield and reads the game very well. He is always aware of what's happening around him. Provides many assists for our goals. Paul also has a good goalscoring record. Reece Mair - Midfield � Strong right foot and loves to shoot. A regular goalscorer. Reece is a very quick and skilful player who works hard in every game. A good player to have in the team. Aidan Barrister - Forward- Very hard working and gives his all every game. Great at getting past opponents and loves to head for goal. A regular goal scorer. Always enthusiastic. Aidan has a great attitude to the game and in training. Blair Davis - Midfielder- Blair has just joined the team following a trial period. He is an improving midfielder who has a great first touch and a real awareness of what's happening around him. In training he is starting to show that he can also become a real goal threat coming through from midfield. Blair is excellent to work with as he works hard on his game and has the right attitude. |
