| Dress Code - leotard(any color), tights or ankle socks, leather ballet shoes for ballet and hiphop, tap shoes for tap. Skirts and shorts ok. Dancewear can be inexpensively purchased at Payless, Target, and Art & Soles Dancewear on Clyde Morris Blvd. |
| Students who arrive early for class must be accompanied by an adult until their class begins. Please be on time to pick up your child from class. No students will be permitted to leave from class unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Extended day students at their particular school will be escorted to and from classes. |

| All classes continue thru the entire academic dance term - (Aug. - May.) and end with a Recital. Most Recitals are held at the school where students take their classes. We find that this creates a more relaxed atmosphere for the students. This also means that we do not have to charge admission, sell program ads, flowers, etc. We try to keep the recital as low key as possible. All students who participate in the recital will require a costume (1 per class). Costume fees are due no later than November 30th. |

| Tuition is based on the entire term: Aug. thru May recital and charged as a yearly rate. This yearly rate is divided into nine equal payments due on the first class of every month. All payments are equal regardless of the number of lessons any given month may have. Since the registration for a class obligates the space in the class for the entire term, tuition is due even if the student is absent from class. There are no refunds or credits given for absences. Missed classes can be made up within 2 weeks. |
| Monthly tuition payments are due on the first class of each month. There will be an automatic $10. late fee added to any account not paid by the 10th of the month - late notices are mailed. |

| Tuition will be charged until we are notified by a parent or guardian that a student will no longer be attending class. |
| Students whose tuition is two months in arrears will not be allowed to participate in class. |

| Registration fee : $15. due with the first months tuition. (non-refundable) |
| Sibling/multiple class discount : $5. off each addtional class |
| There will be a $30. fee for each returned check. |
| Dance classes follow the school calendar - Anytime there is no school - there are no dance classes. |

| All holidays and vacations are already factored into your tuition rate. |
| For the comfort of all of our students, we ask that parents/guardians remain outside of the dance room during class. In our experience, students are more focused and feel more comfortable to express their creativity without their parents or someone else watching class. We will have a "Peek Week" halfway thru the term when we invite parents and grandparents to join us for class. |
