Late Adulthood

"Life is pleasant. Death is peaceful. It's the transition that's troublesome."

~Isaac Asimov

The final challenge of life is to confront one’s own death.  Likewise, dealing with the deaths of close friends and family is a frequent challenge as people move through adulthood.  Death and dying is like every other stage of adulthood in that it is an individual process and each person is unique in the way they approach death as well as the way they die.
