When Pacey and Andie first met, they literally collided; Andie hit the side of Pacey's dad's police car. They bickering began there. Andie, replacing the role of the friend Pacey needed for Dawson, soon found herself enamored by Pacey's witty charm.

Andie and Pacey went to the Homecoming Dance after she convinced Pacey, Dawson, and Joey that dancing could lead to...sex. The two had a small tiff, but soon reconciled after Pacey apologized for his behavior. They shared a dance under the moonlight, and what was their first kiss.

After that, Pacey and Andie found themselves falling for one another even more, finding a common connection in the need they both had to be loved. Pacey revealed to Andie about his past with Tamara Jacobs, causing Andie to become angry and hurt. They moved past it, becoming stronger.

Soon, the issue of sex came into their little relationship. Pacey gave Andie her fantasy night, but decided that once they got there, they didn't have to have sex to be important to one another. But, it turns out, they did have sex, no one knows exactly when, but they did. After Abby Morgan found a note on the floor and read it, she began snooping around to find out how the naughty couple was. Along with Chris Wolfe, she soon discovered that it was Pacey who'd written the note, stating that they should slow down. Pacey soon explained that Andie brought out the best of him, and he'd written the note because he was afraid he would fall so in love with her, he would never recover. The two kissed and made up.

After the death of Abby Morgan, Andie began dealing with the death of her brother in a rather unusual way, she began seeing him. Pacey and Jack became worried about her, and both confronted her. Pacey asked her to pick between him and her brother, Tim. Andie picked Pacey, much to his relief.

But their problems didn't stop there. Andie decided that she needed help, and left for the entire summer to "get better", leaving Pacey hurt and alone. When Andie finally came home, she had a devastating bombshell to drop on Pacey, she'd been unfaithful while away. Pacey was so hurt by this revelation, that he broke things off without even thinking twice. But it seemed that after Andie was "attacked", they would once again come together to be a couple once more, but they did not. Pacey told her that it would be nearly impossible to fix what she had broken, seeing as how it was completly destroyed. Andie and Pacey moved past their break-up and seem to be on their way to being great friends. Pacey escorted Andie to prom, and she has given him advice on what to do in his new situation, but it is obvious from her words and actions, that there is still something there for Pacey.

Maybe these two will one day find their way back to each other, maybe they'll serve one another better as friends, and maybe their relationship can be SAVED!
