Peddler in Paradise Game

 

Give everyone a pen and a piece of paper.  Tell them to take their catalog 
(or folder) put the paper on top of it, and put it on top of their heads.  (Lap 
is ok to.)

 

Remind them, no peeking!!

 

   1)  Tell them to draw an Island, Lets say, Paradise Island in the Bahamas
   2)  Now lets draw the Atlantis Resort on your Island
   3)  Draw a Palm Tree on the Island
   4)  Now draw some tropical birds that are in the sky
   5)  Draw the water surrounding the island filled with tropical fish
   6)  Oops, go back and put coconuts in your tree
   7)  Draw a woman on the beach
   8)  We need some excitement, draw a shark in the water
   9)  Draw the radiant sun in the upper left hand corner of your page
  10)  We don't want the woman to get sunburned, so lets put a hat on her head
  11)  Let's put a tropical drink in her hand

 

Now, picture that woman as you, lying on the beach at the $800 million dollar 
Atlantis resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, All Expenses paid by 
Country Peddlers and Company of America, Inc.

 

Now you can look at your picture.  Give yourself points for each of the 
following.

 

If your island is on the paper, give yourself 2 points.
If your bird is in the sky, give yourself 2 points.
If the sun is in the upper left corner of the paper, give yourself 1 point.
If the tree is on or touching the island, give yourself 2 points
If you got the hat on the woman anywhere, give yourself 3 points
If at least one of the fish are in the water, give yourself 1 point

They add up their points and you can give a small gift to the winner.  While 
I was in Marco Island I went on a shelling cruise.  I collected shells large 
enough to pour wax into and make candles. (I am a pack rat and was hoping the 
next trip would be tropical) I use these as a gift telling that I collected 
them on my last all expenses paid trip provided by Country Peddlers and
