Description:: Joseph (Joe) is a tall, dark brown furred tom with black hair that he either cuts in a crew cut or lets it grow a bit with bangs that fall into his eyes. His eyes are a very light blue and he has several nicks in his ears from years of fighting on the streets. Joe is a muscular tom that works out regularly. He loves to read books, and take life easy. He's a very quiet tom and surprises agents from time to time when he does speak. He likes to take life easy and has a very laid back personality. When Joe isn't in uniform you can see him in jeans, a t-shirt and a button-up shirt over that with workboots. In the winter he will often wear a black trencoat as well. He also wears reading glasses from time to time while looking over reports or reading his books. He drives a 2000 model Ford F-150 extended cab, step side that has been raised about 3 inches higher and has mud tires on it. Its also got a souped up enforcer engine and the head and tail lights will flash.
Special Relationships:: Is the younger twin brother to Tashyra Forge, and is dating Captain Trina Korat.
Past History:: Joe grew up in the same bad neighborhood as his sister, though he had it worse. He didn't hit his growth spurt till later in life, and the other toms at school would pick on him because of his small size. Then after summer break one year, he returned and had grown. Soon he was beating up the school bullies. One thing led to another and eventually he was out on the streets being the bully instead of fighting them. He began stealing as well. Then one fateful night, his sister busted him. She gave him a choice of going straight or going to jail. Needless to say the next day he was enrolling in the Enforcer Academy. He realized he actually liked law enforcment and graduated at the top of his class. He got a job with the Twilight City Enforcers alongside his sister. He really enjoyed it and made a lot of friends there. He was the one that his sister ran to when her partner was shot and killed. When she moved to Megakat City to join the MBI he stayed behind, but not for long. Soon after he moved as well and joined the MBI. He had an eventful first couple of days and soon was known around the MBI for his quietness. Soon he was in a fight with a creature named BOB the Destroyer. BOB sent Director Jason Korat into the realm of fire and it was Joe that was there to comfort the director's sister, Captain Trina Korat. After it was all said and done and Jason was back, they hit is off pretty well and started dating. They now have been dating a while and are very close to each other.
Current History:: Joe currently lives in a small apartment across town from the MBI. He's happy with his new job and loves spending time with Trina. She is really the only other kat he's gotten close to in the MBI at this time, though recently has been getting closer to Serous, and even let him come live with him since Serous didn't have an apartment. Not as quiet as he used to be though, he usually is found at his desk doing work, or at home reading a book.
