Here is our romantic story........ (January 2002)
We started talking in June of this year, you guessed it, online. We spent all summer talking on and off, but getting together just did not work out because of the Baltimore to Philadelphia distance. Not to mention that neither of us were interested in or looking for a relationship, long distance or not.
One day in September we decided to meet, and it ended up being the weekend after Sept. 11th. We spent a fun evening in the Philadelphia area and stayed up too late talking and exchanging "war" stories of our many experiences.
We continued dating throughout the month of October and November. One magical night as Joe was driving home to Philadelphia after a fun filled weekend, there was an unusual phone call where we "came clean" with our feelings for each other and have beeen in utter happiness ever since. That was the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving.
We spent Thanksgiving and Christmas together, with Joe's family. It was a special time of sharing and lots of silly stories about the crazy stuff we all do when we are young and naive.
That brings us to the present. We are moving into our townhouse on January 7th (in the Baltimore area), with our two cats and two dogs...... we both have a cat and a dog to contribute to the menagerie.
