Brand new country home situated in 3,000 sq metres of private land in the beautiful Spanish countryside. Only fifteen minutes drive from Malaga airport on the A366.

This property is set in the foothills of the mountains surrounding Malaga province. Secluded and peaceful, this is the ideal location for country pursuits and a "get away from it all" holiday. Due to its location, the coastal resorts of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella, are less than 30 minutes drive away. Hire car is advisable.

This brand new country home comes with a fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), bath / shower room, Spanish TV, DVD player, video and CD player (CD's are not supplied). There is also a covered deck area for those "al fresco" dining times.

The pool is situated directly in front of the country home, ideal for those early morning dips or that midnight swim. The pool is illuminated at night which makes it wonderfully inviting (you can skinny dip, as long as you don't scare the locals). The pool is 7 x 3.5 sq. metres. and is cleaned twice a week.

Sleeps up to 6, but price is for country home. No smoking is allowed inside the home. Please bring your own beach towels.

The house is ideally situated for golfers, being only ten minutes drive from the famous Lauro golf. Alhaurin and Mijas golf are both within fifteen minutes drive. Locally there is also horse riding facilities and wonderful hillside and mountain walks. For the tennis player there is a club in the local village, which is just ten minutes away. Also in the village are many restaurants, bars and cafes where you can sample the traditional Andalucian cuisine. There are also supermarkets and numerous other shops for your daily needs. The Alhambra Palace in Granada is approximately one hour away and is well worth a visit. For the children, the Tivoli World theme park is just 30 minutes away.

We escaped the rat race 8 years ago and have settled into this wonderful country and lifestyle. We enjoy our lives here so much, we wanted to create the opportunity for others to share that experience too.

A deposit of 30% plus 100 Euros damage deposit will be required to confirm your booking. The damage deposit will be sent back to you, assuming no damage has been incurred. This deposit must be received within fourteen days of the booking being made. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit will not be refunded. Full payment for the rental period must be received, at our English bank, in full, eight weeks prior to departure date.
