Charles Thomason & Agnes Parsons

Charlie THOMASON was born Mar 29 1889 in Atherton Lancashire,
the son of John THOMASON & Esther TICHBORNE.

Agnes PARSONS was born Oct 18 1888 in Atherton Lancashire,
the daughter of Thomas PARSONS & Mary Ellen GRAHAM

According to his death certificate,
Charlie had emigrated to Canada shortly after the birth of his first child in 1913.
He had lived in Michel BC since abt 1940
and had worked as a miner with Crowsnest Industries Ltd until 1952.
He had only lived in Kimberley since abt mid 1965.

Charlie & Agnes had 6 children ~ 3 sons and 3 daughters.
Charlie had his own brass band in Michel BC at one time.

Charlie's doctor had performed a bronchoscopy on Apr 3 1967
and discovered bronchial cancer.
He died Sep 27 1967 in Kimberley BC
while Agnes lived on several more years, dying Sep 10 1974 in Invermere BC.
