| 1. If you are requesting that I hold a rabbit for an extended length of time, I require a 50% deposit.
2. I will not ship any rabbit under any circumstance. It is too stressful for the rabbit. I will give you directions to my rabbitry, meet you at a show that I will be attending, or I will meet you (within 2 hours of my home). 3. I will guarantee the health of your new rabbit for 1 month. If you have taken care of your new rabbit but it dies or becomes ill within that month, I will replace the rabbit at no charge as soon as possible. 4. If for any reason you can no longer care for your rabbit, please contact me and I will take it back and find another home for it. 5. The listed price is the sales price. 6. I may have several different price ranges listed on different rabbits. The price is based on the quality and type of rabbit. (Show Quality, Brood Quality, Pet Quality) 7. I may give a discount for multiple rabbit purchases. 8. If, for any reason, you change your mind about purchasing the rabbit, notify me within 48 hours of giving your deposit and you will get a full refund. 9. It is very important to me that all of my rabbits go to a good home. I like to meet all potential buyers. I reserve the right to cancel a pending sale if I decide you are not a good match for my rabbit. |
