Here is another one of my family's recipes. This one is from my cousin and is so easy to make!
2 small boxes of peach jello
l - l6 - l7 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened3/4 c. sugar
l junior size jar peach baby food
8 oz. cool whip
nuts and cherries for garnish
Mix dry jello and pineapple with juice, bring to boil. Let cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar, add baby food, then add cooled jello mixture and fold in cool whip. Refrigerate.
That's all there is to it and it makes a rather tasty salad.
