1 lb lean ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 egg white
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp horseradish (do not omit)
seasoned salt and pepper to taste
9 soda crackers, finely crushed (do not add anything else)
Combine all together and mix thoroughly, then shape into 5 patties. Brown on both sides, pressing down to flatten slightly. Combine 1 jar Heinz Rich Mushroom Gravy and 2 Tbsps water. Pour over and around steaks, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
So very quick and so delicious!
