PINEAPPLE CHICKEN SALAD

1 packet (1 oz.) hidden valley original ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 cup celery
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks (reserve juice for above)

Combine dressing mix with mayo and pineapple juice.  Add chicken, celery and pineapple to mixture and toss well to coat. Chill.  Serves 4-6.
