PESTO, SHRIMP & FETA PIZZA

Enough dough for a 14" pizza
1/2 cup pesto
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp (small)1 cup chopped spinach, cooked
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup onion, sliced thin
1 tbsp. rosemary, chopped fine

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a skillet, saute shrimp with garlic in olive oil until heated thru. Spread pizza dough in 14" pizza pan. Spread pesto over the dough, then spread
the spinach over this. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese. Place shrimp evenly over all. Sprinkle feta cheese over
shrimp, and top with onions. Bake until bubbly and just turning golden brown. Yummy!!!
