GREEK SKILLET DINNER
Serving Size : 4

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
14 1/2 ounces beef broth
1 1/2 cups pasta -- uncooked - see notes
14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups frozen green beans
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup feta cheese -- crumbled

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion over medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add beef broth; bring to a boil. Stir in the pasta. Return to a boil then simmer, covered, for 8 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the cheese. Return to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup feta cheese. Simmer, uncovered, 7-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Sprinkle with the remaining feta cheese.

NOTES : Use Penne Pasta or similar type pasta.
