COUNTRY SAUSAGE SKILLET DINNER
4 bacon slices, cut up One small onion, cut up 4-5 thinly sliced potatoes (I use scalloped slices) 1-2 carrotsm sliced thin 1 small head of cauliflower 1 pkg Eckrich smoked sausage
Fry bacon and onion in electric skillet. Add thin slices of potatoes and carrots and cauliflower. Cover and let simmer for about 20-25 min. Add bite size pieces of sausage and cover. Let cook until sausage is warm. Happy eating from Marcia. |
