CROCK POT BRISKET

4-6 lb Brisket, untrimmed
2 pkgs Onion Soup Mix
prepared mustard

Place brisket in crockpot, fat side up. Spread mustard over meat and sprinkle with soup mix. Cover and turn on low over night. Do not add any liquid. In the morning, scrape seasoningsinto liquid that has formed and peel off fat. Slice and serve or freeze with liquid.

This is great as an entree or on sandwiches and freezes very well.
