CHICKEN WALDORF SALAD
1 cup small pasta shells (cooked and drained) 2 cups cubed cooked chicken 2 cups chopped apples 1 cup cubed mild Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup sliced celery 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup applesauce 2 tsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon 1 Tbls. sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish as desired. Makes about 7 cups of salad. |
