CHICKEN CARUSO AND RICE
2 Cups cooked chicken (diced) Garlic salt and pepper 3 T. margarine 1 jar spaghetti sauce 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 2 Cups diced celery 3 Cups hot cooked rice
Season chicken with garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning. Add celery and cook until celery is tender crisp. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings. |
