Here at Country Cottage Products we use fresh ingredients all grown or sourced locally, everything is then made in the traditional way before being sealed with a wax disc. Remember to remove this before eating! Please store the unopened preserves and jellies in a cool dark place, once opened keep them in the fridge. The lemon curd, toffee and chocolate sauces have to be kept in the fridge and have shorter shelf lives than the other products. |
