General Rules & Information
· There is no age grace period, you must compete age as day of pageant (please have your birth certificate on hand in case there is a question)
· Entries are due by deadline (March 12, 2004 ) and there will be no refunds given
· Make payments out to Jacque Kathman (Money Orders/Cashiers Checks Only)
· Sibling discount ~ After 1st full-paid entry, Additional siblings/parents may enter for ½ of total fees (can not be combined w/other discounts)
· Do not mail photogenic photos/portfolios with entry; turn them in at registration
· Cash only day of pageant
· Division line-up will be 1st in/last out; no exceptions
· No information on who is in your group will be given out…please don’t ask
· There will be a $10.00 adult door admission ages 5-16 $5.00 (Everyone pays except contestants, 1 parent, and children under 5)
· Please inform your guest(s) of door admission
· All ties will be broken by judges…judges decisions are final
· All title holders must stay for pictures
· Unsportsmanlike-like conduct will not be tolerated from contestants or parents. You will be asked to leave with no refund
· There will be no double-crowning
· (except for Talent & Beauty if necessary)
· All Talent information must be turned in to the sound person at registration; no exceptions
· Each contestant is asked to bring a small gift for the reigning 2003 Grand Supreme ~ Catarina Johnson to be given to her during her final walk
· 2003 Grand Supreme ~ Catarina Johnson may not re-compete in 2004 pageant
· Please do not take second-hand information, contact director with any questions that you may have
