* Deadline for contest is October 18, 2003
* Winners to be announced no later than October 24, 2003
* No pictures will be posted until after deadline has passed
* Pictures will be judged on a 1-10 point basis in Facial Beauty/Expression, & Overall Photo Appeal by qualified judges. All ties will be broken and judges’ decisions are final
* Prizes will be mailed postal mail within 2 weeks of posting winners
* Payments accepted are as follows: Money Order, Cash, &/or PayPal (please add 2.9% + .30 to your total when using PayPal)
