Shane Stockton is a new artist on Decca Records. He is great! He has a great voice, he's great with the crowd, and he wrote all of the songs on his debut album "Stories I Could Tell", except for one, which he co-wrote! The first single was "What If I'm Right", and the new one is "Gonna Have to Fall".
I had the opportunity to see him at a free concert on August 21, 1998, sponsored by WIL 92. He played about a half hour or so. He sang a lot of songs off his album, and also some by his influenses, like Buck Owens. I have a rewiew somewhere, and as soon as I find it, I'll post it!

Unfortunatly, Shane's record company Decca is no longer, and Shane has no record company any more. On a message on iMusic, a fan said this: "Shane is now playing as a house band at Cowboys Red River night club in Dallas. I love his music and am glad I can see him anytime I want but I think the world needs to hear him. I buy his CD's as gifts for my friends and family. He is too good to be a house band!!!!" I agree!!!
