I saw Jeff Carson on August 19, 1998. He was wonderful. He was with my local radio station KIX 106.5 at Dick Clark's American Bandstand Bar and Grill. They had him on during the Country Cafe'. They intervieved him, and he did some songs acousticly. He was really good, sounded great. The DJ, Dave Louis, asked him questiones, like "Reba or Shania?" His answer was Shania. "Suddenly Susan or Ally McBeal?" His answer- Suddenly Susan. Another was "Sosa or McGwire?" He said McGwire......he better have! <G> He sang his first number one, "Not On Your Love", and "The Car", "Holdin' On to Somethin'", and his new single, "Shine On". It is incredible! He said the album will be out October 6th, so head out to your stores that day! Jeff was really nice, and kinda goofy too! Also, check out his web site Jeff-Carson.com. You can learn about his fan club, e-mail Jeff, check out his tour dates, and listen to songs, including three from the upcoming CD! You can elso send Jeff e-mail, which he persoanlly recieves! Since then., I got to see Jeff at InCahoots on the Honky Tonk Tailgate Party Tour. I'll get pictures up soon. I'll be seeing him again August 25, 2001. If you get a chance to check out this tour, go! It's Jeff, along with Rhett Akins and Daryl Singeltary. They each do a short show, about a half hour, then they all come on stage together. It's great!
