REGULATION OF INDUSTRY BY
GOVERNMENT URGED BY COMMUNISTS
Looking at the ten articles of the Communist Manifesto as a guide, it has apparently become the policy of the Communist Party, on orders from Moscow, to support any proposition which will tend to materialize the ideas suggested by the said Manifesto. Thus we find Communists and Socialists and all followers of Karl Marx advocating
(1) The regulation of industry by the government.
(2) Making arbitrary economic adjustments through the passage of enacted laws.
(3) Anything that will cause a union of industry or economics and politics or government.
(4) Planting of Communists in government offices, where they can be in a position to take over when the time will be ripe or when comes the revolution.
(5) Making war, because the fact of prosecuting war demands that the executive head of the government (The President) have the complete power of a dictator over industry, independent of the more leisurely law of supply and demand. It is very hard to recover from a dictator, the power that he has acquired through war. In fact, it seldom occurs. War herds the people and trains them to be menial servants.
(6) Economic and social planning by the executive head of the government.
(7) Anything that will tend towards centralized government.
(8) The licensing of all business.
(9) The endorsement of educational policies and educators which, and who neglect the intellectual development of individuals, through concentrating on the training of individuals to become robots fitted only for the manual labor of tending a machine in a routine job.

UNESCO And Rule by International Money Owners
This seems to be the real intent of the so-called progressive Education. Certain it is that the elimination of the competitive, incentive-to-excel, progress-making motive (as found in graded report cards, for instance), stems from the teachings of Communism and Socialism that competition of all kinds is evil. Incidentally, people who fail to compete with their equals or keep up with the Jones, will become subordinates. Also, they are likely to end up in an institution of some kind.
(10) The endorsement of UNESCO (The United nations Educational, Social and Cultural Organization) which seems to be for the purpose of preparing young people to accept the World Bank and the United Nations, and rule by the International Money owners.
(11) The use and abuse of the present constitutional power of The President to make secret, executive agreements and treaties.
(12) The treating of the symptoms of economic ills and diseases and injustices instead of treating the diseases and their root causes.
(13) The endorsement of a graduated income tax, to equalize people and to make them democratic. A graduated income tax takes incomes from persons by confiscation, after they have received them. It is an assumption that the getting of the income is wrong. Instead of going to the roots of the economic disease and preventing the income, the collection of an income tax is a treatment of the symptoms of economic disease, instead of the disease.

This is especially true when the incomes, and the things they represent are allowed to rot, or are given away to foreign countries.

To any person who is minded to treat the symptoms of economic disease with the passage of arbitrary, political laws to right economic wrongs, the only possible remedy for total economic disease that will enter such a mind, is State-owned land and money and industry (Communism or State Capitalism or Socialism) and economic planning by a dictatorial, economic-political planner. This planner, they think will plan in the interests of the working class.

Income Tax — and Its Purpose
The purpose of the said income tax is to weaken the fascistic power of capital being accumulated by fascistically minded money owners (Capitalists), through incomes of unearned,
(A) Compounding interest and
(B) Money rents and
(C) Land rents and
(D) Profits of monopoly (caused by hoarded money and land),
too large in amount to be all needed to be spent to buy goods on which to live and to sustain life.

A graduated income tax and no inheritance rights, tends to prevent the development of Fascism. It causes Fascism to become more difficult to materialize.
(14) The apparent encouragement of mongrelization under the guise of giving equal civil rights to all races of people. This fits in with the Communist idea of democracy. It certainly fits in with the idea that Socialism, in the process of nationalizing industry, will turn into a Fascistic rule by the money owners or Capitalists.

This mongrelization fits in with the idea that Communism, in peace, will turn into Fascism.

Comment :  confer The Communist Conspiracy against the Negro by George Samuel Schuyler. — (WPT)

In both Communism and Fascism, the masses will be equalized by being herded like cattle by a dictator and his royal henchmen.
(15) The insidious lowering of the standards of sexual morality.

The communists say that religion, in promising great rewards in the hereafter after death if the people will obey the rules of Society, allows the Capitalistic or fascistic exploiters to peonize or to enslave the masses.
(16) That, if they cannot do anything else, be do-gooders. By this, people unconsciously begin to advocate laws to right economic wrongs, and thus fall into the Communist program of treating symptoms, instead of the disease itself. Do-gooding is another name for political opportunism.

Fascism and Money Owners
However, Communism seems to be being accepted by the people who ought to be Fascists. Could it be that the naturally fascistic money owners and land owners are learning that, with peace, and without the violence of war to destroy private property in money and land, the executive dictator of a nation (The President) will have to bow to, and take orders from the owners of the money of the Nation's debt, because of their natural political power after socializing industry ? If this should happen, it will establish the rule of the money owners, and Fascism, in the name of Karl Marxs Socialism and in peace.

By the foregoing, we should begin to see how far we have progressed towards either, or both Communism and Fascism.

Today, all persons who advocate the above sixteen items of progress and reform, we designate as being liberals and progressives.

We will see that the liberals of 175 ago advocated the rights of the individual as being superior to the supremacy of the State ; just opposite to what present-day liberals and progressives advocate.
