Shot description: Carrier and escort and supply ships (various shots). Auxiliary gas tanks are fitted to Seafire planes giving them four hour flying range on escort flights with long range bombers in raids against Japan. Planes on deck of carrier being readied for flight. Planes taking off (various shots). Planes in air scout the region as units of the Allied Fleet cover the sea, cruisers, carriers, etc. Planes in fighter sweep against Kamaishi region of Japan already smoking from naval bombardment.
