HISTORY BY KRULL

I started to play Utopia in the middle of the age before Age of Renaissence. As I was very new to the game, I was very small, and, like many newbies, never talked in the kingdoms. And I don't know how I wasn't destroyed by my fellows on the KD, as I didn´t log in so often :-) And I remember almost nothing on that age. Except that I was in the province of Futura. I was a Human.

So, the history for me starts in the Age of Renaissence. In this age, out kingdom's name was Morning Woods. Every province should be named “something Woods”, so I was Futura Woods, Sir Krull, an Avian. Our king was Gator, at the beginning. Since the beginning of this age I was very active. Finally I learned to interact with my friends on the Forums, though I knew nobody there. In less than a week I was almost destroyed by Krogan – a “somebody” who entered in the KD almost in the same time as me – though I knew that later, and he was experienced already. Why did he almost kill me? Well, he is a good player, who always grows fast, and the King created a thread on the Forums with “Almost Inactive” provinces – and I was there, because I couldn't log in on weekends. Krogan and others didn´t understand the idea of the thread, and when Gator said that those provinces shouldn´t be destroyed, I was already very tiny :-)

As Krogan was the responsible for big part of that destruction, he became my best friend – well, we had already talked before (since the start os the age he came to me, he knew I was a newbie, and wanted to help), but things changed after that. He helped me to rebuild – hey, I didn't even need to ask something, everyday he sent me something... - and taught me some strategies (he does that still today – though I don't follow them always, or I use parts of them... I use my own strategy today...), so, I was finally learning how to play this! (deffense is the keyword on this game, trust me)

Back to the KD history, in the middle of the age, we had a “revolution”. Gator was doing a good job, but most of us thought that Krogan could be better, as his Berserker Woods was a giant province, and he always helped everybody. And he was very experienced too. He knows everything on this game. So, we decided to change the monarch. Obviously, Gator didn´t like that, and for 2 days we had a small confusion – what would happen??? At the end of that time, Gator left the KD – I never talked to him again. Though I don't remember I had ever talked to him...

And so, we had a new king. A King who would take us to glory! We soon became one of the biggest KD´s on the island. His strategy was fantastic. We had war all the time, and we always won.

By that age we got some good players, like Peppi (province = Bitynia).

Other members I remember on that age: Dallies Woods, Cherry Woods (where's she?).... - please guys, who else was here by that time?? I'm in lack of memory :-)

Then the next age came – and we were now on BF! The king wanted a cool theme. Something more agressive than “Woods”. So we created the KD of the “Demon Princes”. We used a name of a demon prince, and the province was “prince of something” – depending on the demon. I was “Beleth”, of “Prince of Nightmares”, Avian again. We ruled that age. We were always top 5 in our island on all the charts. The king, again, was a monster!!! And our KD was a real “hell”, with so many demons, and war all the time. Why everybody feared us? :-)

We were almost invincible – excpet for those crazy kingdoms that like to suicide on the end of the age, and double wars... 2 wars at same time sucks.

Some “Princes” on those days: Prince of Lies, Prince of Sky, Prince of Destruction, Prince of Hatred, Prince of Magic, Prince of War, Prince of Vampires (?), Prince of Ice (Peppi), and others – hey, guys, you will help me on this, right? :-)

And obviously, the “King of Hell” was with us too :-)

By that age, Krogan started negotiations with the HALL (an alliance).

Next age came, and we were back to WoU... That age was the first “Council of Wyrms” – our KD name. Evry province name was formed like “something DRAGON place” – I was Steel Dragon Peaks, sir Krull. Again, with our big leader Krogan, we were great. I had a bad start – was getting used to it, as I was avian again – but I shouldn´t be so bad. That age there was no -5% pop like last one, it was changed to -25% birth rate – what only makes the population comes slower. For me it´s not a big penalty, though. The problem is that, again, I forgot to release the stupid soldiers. That make me get less pop than everybody, and my growth was delayed a bit. Bah! I played for my usual 2k acre and 300k NW (like the age before) – the only difference is that I was acting like a real avian this time – attacking. Not much, but attacking. I was thief by then (believe it or not)!

BTW, most of us were avian this age. Avians seems to rule this time – the age before they were bad... Faeries ruled. But this time, who had the -5% were the faeries – and they never ruled again... :-) And the king was in the HALL alliance. So, the KD had a lot of "friends". by the end of this age we gave up that - Hall.... A bunch of cheaters.... :-) And we never had so much help from them. Exept on time I remember, we even used their war forums on a war. Nothing else. 

This age we had good players. Sensitive Dragon Ys – Turumbar, friend of Mr. Dust, the old Prince of Vampires was here. And he was very good! Btw, Dust was deleted in aprox 2 weeks of this age for playing on his friend's computer... good bye, Mr. Dust! Some of us didn´t like the way you talked in the Forums, but nobody is perfect. He was a good player, anyway.

Other player who left us was Amorphe, a real-life friend of the King (“Black Dragon”). He was “Oldest Dragon”. He left us after a disaster: the King went away! He wanted new emotions, maybe :-) And Amorphe was king for a few days (as he was the best, after the king), and when he left, we started a new age on our king. The age of “Red Dragon”. He became the Monarch – but a different monarch... with him we had “more democracy” – though we always had some, this is very different. And as we had lost many good players, and Sensitive was going too, his biggest mission was hard: reorganize the KD. It all happened byt the end of the age.

But the most funny was not that! We had a province, Blue Dragon Empire, who left us after the first war, writing a lot of insults on the board, because the king declared Peace after the wasr, as a way of protection, of course. Guess if he wasn´t hunted the whole age (and he, small, trying to attack us... pathetic)? Heheheheh – and he defected various times, thinking we wouldn´t find him... I found him all the times. Until he died – It was a crazy newbie, or a multi. He was never active very often, and probably one of his KD´s killed him – I'm not sure because he died during Carnival, and by that time I was under protection because I travelled. When I came back, no more Blue Dragon Empire :-) (we´re sure he didn´t defect again, because he might not anymore. 3 times is the limit, right?)

That age we also had with us: Crystal Dragon Falls, Sir Harmless – a great player, who played only that age and the one before..., Silent Dragons Cave – Peppi..., Blue Dragons Inn (it´s another guy!), Nightmares Dragon (he also went away in the middle of the age), Silver Dragon, and many others. Btw, this age many of us “made the sex operation” – hahahah – that includes the King krogan – he was a queen this age :-)

Then came the Age of Magic. And we were back to BF! We decided to keep the same theme as the age before, though some of us changed the name, and we were not united on a single race again. I was Steel Dragon Peaks, sir Krull, Avian. Again, the same as the age before!

Red Dragon had a big problem in his hands. With the loss of many big players, there were not many of us who was here last age, so, the kingdom was fragmented. Some of us were experienced, some of us were not so experienced, and a lot of newbies. And the worst: lack of strategies made many of us landfat, so many were attacked very fast as soon as they got out of protection. We were no more declaring wars. It was worse: the enemies was declaring wars on us, and smashing some provinces. And many inactives. Difficult to get rid of them! We had some also some “rebel” provinces, who attack only provinces out of war, and do not write a single word on the Forums. It´s like they were not with us. They were disturbing us. All that, and a big delay on organization, took the kd to a low position on the charts... close to 25^th (mid ot the chart...)

Many ideas appeared to try to help the kingdom, and unite us more. The Wolfpacks, the Buddy Pairings... no one of them worked... The provinces seems to be playing by themselves too. Nobody posts the CB´s as before. They are posted, but before, we had CB's threads on day 1, day 2 and sometimes, day 3 of the war. And many War Info! That helps a lot our provinces – specially the smallest ones!

It was a so amazing age, that I was 2^nd on the KD! I was never a great player. But this time I had a good start, and did a different strategy, that some of us probably were doing almost the same... Exploring as much as I can, and switching to attacker. I explored until 950 acres, then I changed to attacker. Nobody grabbed me until I was 1100 acres, at least. Why? Defense. In the age before, only 3 guys grabbed me. This age, by now, nobody yet.

In the beginning of the age, we saw many great players who appeared in the end of the last one. Dragons of Ethania, his friend Egills Dragon has just come in, Recluse Dragons... But after 3 weekes, they seem to have problems... they grab, but are grabbed a lot too. They simply stopped growing. Wise Dragon seem to have some problem too. Even the king has some problems sometimes (but he recovers fast.. he knows how to play!!!) And I'm growing... slowly and constanatly, until I became so big. And Dark Dragon, my avian friend – the only avian besides me – is doing very fine too! Something makes me think that the avians still rock this age. Orcs.... bah! :-) (just kidding... our king is an orc)

By the middle of the age appeared the “Small and Mighty”, Lady “Watch Your Back”. The only Lady on the KD! And the name says it all. She is a not-so-big-province, but powerful. A Halfling. A big thief! Very useful for us, as soon as we declared our first war, against 32:31!!! (afeter being smashed many times, it´s our time to destroy!!!!)

The King Floyd is going to travel soon. After the glorious war we had, now we have a new king to: King Kulgan, from the Black Dragon Kingdom. Many things are changing here. The new king is creating ministries, and other ideas. A total revolution :-) I hope he can do a great job.

We are starting a new war, against 47:31. They seem to be already in another war. Let´s see what happens. At least I got 127 acres at first try - good, I had failed 2 randoms in a row before this, let´s see if I can be back to 2nd place in kd... Dark Dragon is 2nd in land now (ok, ok, i'm still 2nd in nw, but not forever if I stop growing :-)))

Today our old King Floyd is gone, as he is going to travel now. He destroyed all his army, so we had to grab him... I did "the final cut"... A sad day, he was the biggest on our kingdom. Rest in peace, Floyd. And I hope you´re back next age, dont forget your old friends :-)

Yesterday we lost our Wise Dragon, last week it was Fire Dargon. Good bye, Aranis. Dark Dragon deleted his province and took Aranis´ one. It´s like we had lost the Dark Dragon, and got a small Wise Dragon (well, Aranis had released his army... many acres were taken)

I don´t know what´s going on... many ppl are quitting :-(

Well, it seems that our site is back to life at Avidgamers. Jaylobs, a new guy who joined us this age is doing a good job on it, and also sending a lot of new ideas - probably we won´t use so many. heheheh
Another new player is Lady Jehanne dArc / Saracens. She seems to like the CoW site too, is always helping us with war info. I love you, Carly! :)
About me, I'm doing reasonably this age. Already got to pass my record, I'm more than 320k NW, and with 1667 acres - need to break this one too. I'm not worried about honor this time, have about 1k.

At moment, I'm 1947 acres, 400k NW. My new record!
Today, we´re having some problems. It seems that Kulgan will not be our king anymore. We´re still choosing who wil be the new king or queen. Probably Mandi (Dragon of Honor) will be the new Queen.
No matter who wins, I hope we do the correct decision, and we come back to activity - it sems the "war" against anse Macabre didn´t work very well, I dunno, as I was on vacation.

And the Council of the Wyrms seems to be doing well. We have Krogan allied to us, and Floyd too. We will be great next age. I mean, better. "Great" we are already. As always

Well, we're in a new age already, since the start of this month. We are still using the dragon theme, I'm Dragon of Nightmare (again), sir Krull.
This time, I'm Avian (well, it fits better in a dragon.... LOL). Anyway, dwarves are not good this age, and Avians are better. As I prefer them, I'm avian again :-)))

Our king Kulgan is back! Very good! :-)

It's already mid-age 15th.

This age my KD was merged with another, we're in BF. We chose the "WE" theme, but with the merging we "merged the themes" of the 2 KD's too. So, we use the "we are angels" theme (guess what, our KD name is WE are Angels). I'm WE bring Nigthmares, sir Krull.

After some discussions, I was elected the King!!! Very cool. But with the changes on the war system, we were doing very bad, we had few attackers and were acting too bad in the first wars. So, when I decided we should stop having peace for sometime, until we were big enough, and our thief and mages had defense, they almost started a rebellion, so, I got tired, bored, and stepped down a few days later. At least I have the support of Mistridge, Jaylob and Carly.

I can say I'm having much more fun now! LOL

After I stepped down we elected Mayhem as the new king (sir Master of Disharmony, We are small angels), but he stepped down 1 week later, and now, our curent King is Djewst (sir Bush, We Usama Bin Angels). Both come from"the other KD" and were kings there, before. Good luck to them :-)

We lost some good provinces this age. Peppi is gone, he did't even start with us (Dragon of Valour). After, Mandi quit (Dragon of Sweetness/We have 0 thieves). And Myjek (Dragon of Mistery/We are Angel Fetuses) too! And more: Diomen (Dragon of Sadness/We are dark angels), Wabbit (Dragon of Wabbita/We R Angel Bunnies). This means we are few from last age still here...

But the new guys are cool. :-)

We have now "2 Jaylob's" here. LOL

Our Jaylob (WE are humble angels), and Mistridge (We Angels of Justice). The ones that were my "council" when I was king. hehehe. You two rule. :-)

And Carly (We Just Suicided/ Lady Left Field), is always at my side. She is a good girl, the best friend I could have in hard times. I hope she will keep supporting me in my crazy things. hehehehe

We're on 17th age now. But let me talk about age 16th.

Last age we used the theme Demonic Angels. Our king was Djewst, iWouldDi4N1 - since Mayhem stepped down in the end of last age. I was Lucifer Sam, sir Krull. In the end of age we had a new King, a new guy that appeared, sir Willie, Phyrexian Verbatin N.

Some province names that age: Jaylob (Uriel Will SmiteThee), Carly (Demons of Heaven / Lady Child of the Flame), Oblivion (Satans Angels / Lady 0blivi0n), and me >> (Lucifer Sam /Sir Krull).

We didn't do well last age.

Now, on age 17th, we use the "same theme", we are Angelic Demons, I'm Sacred Heart ofEarth (hey, Mehul, let me put the other letter missing...), sir Krull. Our king Willie (EverRising Angel) has just been killed by a big enemy we're warring with.

We are monarchless, and I'm not so sure if I'm in mood to be king again. Maybe we will make Carly be the queen. :-)

Jaylob is just gone. Deleted his account. After some problems with my queen, who tagged the KD (instead of doing something useful), he decided to leave.

And after being 2 days inactive, she decided to fight with me, now, because I did some critics to Rudeboy, who seemed to be ruling the KD. She understood I was teling to put him in the monarchy. tsk tsk tsk.

Don't be surprised if this is my last day here.

We're now in age 18th since a few weeks ago. Last age after those "lilltle" problems, everything was solved, and I remained here in the game. Unfortunately our precious queen Carly stepped down, and we elected Stonehenge as king. it didn't work well, and this age our king is Rudeboy (province = "Waldorf and Statler")!

This age we're back to WoL (in fact, first time we're here, since it was WoU when we left this server several ages ago. LOL). We're using a Muppets theme, we are The Muppets Show! My province is Gonzo Nightmares / Sir Krull. I'm finally back to may Avian/Attacker strategy. This time, using "the war hero" personality. And I need to say it works damn good! I'm #1 in the KD in NW, #4 in land, and more than that, #40 in all Avians of the world in NW, #2 in NW for the island, etc etc etc!!! We're doing very good this age. We just need to have a war now, and win it! Probably next weekend. hmmm...

A new age starting today. Last age I was able to reach 2500 acres + aprox 450 NW (if they didn't grab me in the few minuts of it. hehehe) Last week was amazing... 4 big grabs... 3 of them close or bigger than 200 acres. Thanks to Tha_man (who plays in BF...) for this strategy. I'm sure I'll have a lot of fun with it this age. HEHEHEHEH

Well, age 19th coming, we're Looney Tunes, now, still on WoL. Me, Speedy Gonzales Hell. Avain attacker again, this time Warrior :)

The others still didn't arrive here... I'm first to post on the forums. Miracle. This is the first time I'm the first to post. I always use to be third... LOL

Since march we are in age 20. We are using the "evil" theme, and I'm Bunker of Nightmares, an Attacker Avian Warrior. We're still in WoL. Currently we are doing pretty well, playing for honour - although I'm not doing good in this part. Last age we did pretty BAD, now we are first on the island for honour, and one of top in the other charts. We rule - and will be back on BF, this way...

Now I'm also playing in the new server , Genesis (GEN). I'm Futura, in a KD whose "theme" is Thudercats. I'm an Elf Sage on it - it means I need to explore, expllore, explore.... heheheh

Nice place to test strange strategies.

Last age ended, I reached 3239 acres and 574k NW. In Genesis, I ended with aprox 1200 acres, I was a T/M.

Now, in BF, I'm an Undead/Warrior. We already won 2 wars, almost winning the third one.... wow! This age i'm sir Krull, from the province ot The Cute Nightmare. Age 21!!!

On Genesis, starting today, I'm Futura II, a Dwarf Rogue (????) - i need to be thief again. Good, at leat I won't need to build loads of farms. I steal the food!

geez.... age in Genesis never ends...

we're in Age 22 now. Now I'm sir Krull, an Orc Warrior (!!!), Too Cute Nightmare - as you can see, we didn't change much our theme. HEHEHE

Jexx (Rudeboy) is back to the monarchy, after some changes - Frox stepped down, Chicken got it and when a war ended, we got a "new" king. I hope we come back to our great "shape" now.

And I hope I can learn how toplay this race... after so much time, I'm still at 800 acres... argh... last age, as undead, only 1k at the end...

Age 23. Almost ending. Tha location is WoL. But this time... we're doing fine! We're mid in the charts of our island, and... well, I'M THE KING!!!!!!!! (after 2 weeks of disaster with a newbie king and 2 "surrenders"... we recovered!) We got 2 wins already, heading to 3rd one.

Now we rule again :) Or better, I do :)

I'm King Krull, Dragon of Nightmare - Avian Merchant, on the Kingdom of Valaraukarii. We've got no theme, but I thought this was the age of the Tol's: Tol Morwen (donkey), Tol Galen (Oblivion), Tol Goldur (Mist... but he defected... and became a giant).

Jexx's still here with us (WE were Angels), but will leave in a couple of weeks for his vacation... Kiwi (Bloodbath) is missing for 2 weeks :(

Age 24. WoL again. Jexx is gone. Mentecapta has joined in his place - and is doing well, as a Faery Warrior, Cryophobia. Me, King Krull, Oneirophobia, an Avian Warrior, at moment with 2999 acres, 600k+ NW :) After finishing last age with aprox 300k, I "rule" this age... the KD (All Tha You Fear) is in problems, though. After 2 war we lost (surrender!), we decided to have NO WAR until we got more attackers - only 3 or 4 ones is ridiculous! - and 6 big guys defected. Cowards, after all.

So, we went to the bottom on all charts of our island.

Today, the KD is growing, we cleand out all the inactives and farms, we're climbing... So much fast, that nobody wants to war us. We declared 4 KDs in a row, and ALL of them ran away...

For having nothing better to do, I just created a account on Genesis (age 5) too... Dragon of Nightmares, sir Krull, and Elf General (WOW).

In WoL, I'm at 4300 acres, 900k nw. My new record! YEAH!!! :) At least we got one war win too :)

In WoL, after reaching 4500 acres and 960k NW last age, now we're in Age 25. I'm king again, sir Krull, in the province Bearer of Excalibur. We're on a 'swords' theme, Swords United. I'm Avian Warrior, again :)

Lady Mentecapta is now a Human/War Hero.

Oh, God... 2 ages with no posts here... well, at least now we can read what I didn't read , taking a look at my stats table...

Today we're in the last day of age 27, the age where having good NW is BAD!!! well, after a very BAD start, I managed to reach very close to 4k acres... very good. I hope next age I can explore as much as needed - in fact, I intend, now, to explore twice as much as I ever did (maybe it's because this age I explored almost nothing because I lost the first 3 days of the age, and took aprox 1 month to adapt to the new changes... hahahaha)
