Couch Rules

So why the name "Couch Rules"?
It stems from a way we love to play which really got popular in the Couch room. Most people agree that Cin *CR* created the concept of Couch rules.
The winner of each round gets to make up the category of the next round. The winner always chooses "General Acrophobia," but then types their made-up topic in the chat window, usually in purple so it is visible to all. This is usually done like this:

/me TOPIC: Things to say on your first date.

The first round of the game and all rounds of Face-Off are General Acrophobia - no topics are made up.
Sometimes in Couch a new player (or even an old player) will forget to type a topic in chat. In that case the round is played using General Acrophobia. Sometimes a player will click a bot topic, in that case the room plays that topic. The next round the play will revert to Couch Rules, as by then many in the room will explain how it's played
(If the winner of a round fails to write a topic, your Acro should NOT be about the fact that no topic was given!)
