Jebs Factory is a blog resource site. If you're new to blogging, or interested in setting up a blog, this site may help you get started.
Most of the resources are available for free but with strings attached, like ads, pop-ups, or linkware, which means that you have to have a link back to their site. You may want to upgrade your account at a later date, but it is good practice to test out the stuff first before shelling out money. They will require that you have a handle on the basics of HTML, but they make provisions for beginners, so you shouldn't have any problems at all. Discussion forums are also a way of getting help and experience. I will try to add links to tutorials, but everything's pretty straightforward.
Some of services I have personally used or tested. The lists are in no way comprehensive or extensive, partly because of my personal preferences, and partly because I only included sites that I have come across in the course of my blogging. This site, Jebs Factory, is a living example of open source softwares, linkwares, and whatnots.
If you did not find what you were looking for in any of the sites listed, try search engines like Yahoo! and Google.

So, you decide that you want to use your own stuff. One way of getting experience, knowledge and inspiration is by visiting other blogs and personal sites.
