Body Type: Comercial

Weight: Sr. Bucks and Sr. Does range from 8 1/2-11lbs.  The does tend to weigh more than the bucks and are around 11lbs full grown.

Varieties:
Black, Blue, Broken, Chocolate, Chin, Copper, Californian, Red, Siamese, White and Otter.

Temperment:
Good.  Satins make good pets as they tend to be more mellow than smaller breeds.

Fur: Satins have a special guard hair in their fur that cuases them to 'shine' in sunlight.  This is called sheen. 

Discovery: Satins were discovered by Mr. Walter Huey, who went out one day to cheek on a litter on chocolate Havanas to find that they had shiny fur.
