| How to get there From Alicante Airport there are two ways of getting there, click on the arrows for the instructions. The route is via the equivalent to our �A� roads which is the N332 (A bit more to see this way) DIRECTIONS TO CAROLINA No 9, VILLAMARTIN, TORREVIEJA, SPAIN FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT VIA THE N332(This is equivalent to our �A� road) At the Airport as you leave the car park you immediately come to a junction and you will see a blue sign in front of you which points to the Motorway straight on (DO NOT TAKE THIS ROAD) you will see the road go left and right, go to the right on the main road and carry on look for the signs for Cartegena via the N332 do not follow the signs for Alicante or you will be going the wrong way. Continue on the road for approximately 50km (you actually turn off about 50km BEFORE Cartegena) Do not leave the N332 at Torrevieja as the N332 takes you along the bypass past the town, from here Villamartin is only another 10-15 minutes further on. (keep calm) Once you have passed all the turn offs for Torrevieja you will come to a series of traffic roundabouts, here are some landmarks to look out for: A large hotel called �TORRE HOVEN� on the left as you approach a roundabout. and restaurant on the right called �PATIO ANDELUZ�. round the roundabout and straight on. A row of shops and bars on the left and a �LIDLE� supermarket on the right.(keep going) Go-Karts on the right hand side. Round the next roundabout and straight on down a bit of a hill and back up. You are now approaching the roundabout for La Zenia to the left, you may see a sign for Villamartin on the right pointing next left but ignore this and carry on to the roundabout. It will be sign posted �San Miguel de Salinas� Turn right where you will see a supermarket called �COMSUM� on you left, carry on to the roundabout and straight on over the new toll motorway for about 3 or 4 kms, you will come the entrance to Villamartin golf complex, pass this and you come to the Villamartin Plaza complex you are now about 2km away.(nearly there). Continue on this road to the end of the plaza complex on your left, then turn left going straight on, over some speed ramps, between the golf course to your left and right, this then becomes a new road construction for about 500 Mtrs. You then come to a �T� junction (you may see a sign for San Miguel to the right, TURN RIGHT,on your right you have a block, find nr 180. Please park so other cars can pass you or on the drive if you can negotiate the tight maneuver to get on. |
