| Ethics of Pets: A pet must never refuse a Dylorian to drink from them, even if they are of a different clan. Pets will address their owners as Mistress or Master, every one else as Lady or Sir. They are expetected to kneel when encoutering a Dylorian, and to keep their eyes lowered and there heads bowed. They are exptected to obey the Queen First and Foremost, then Mistress, than any Master living with in the home. They are expected to open doors for their Master or Mistress or their quest. They will open the door then kneel keeping it open while all the Dylorians enter, then they stand close the door, then go over to their Mistress and kneel to her left with eyes lowered and head bowed awaiting further commands. When ordered to serve they will get up and walk over to the bar, before doing anything they will wash their hands throughly, then find the clean approaite glasses. Then they will find the right drink or miix the various ingreidents for the drink. After the required amount is poured they will then offer the first drink to the highest ranking female guest first, then the males, serving their Owner last. They will kneel keeping their eyes lowered, and their heads bowed, and only say "Here is the drink you requested", if they know the name they will use the name. They are expected not to speak unless spoken too. Pets are breed for certain qualites, and therefore will only breed with whom they are instructed too. Ethics when in public: They will follow behind their owner and to the left. When a destanation is reached, the pet will run ahead of its owner and open the door for them, waiting for them to enter then closing the door behind it as they enter. They will follow there owner, and then set on the floor to the left, remaining quite, and not speaking unless spoken too, not will they speak to another unless given permision to do so. They will not eat or drink until they have been given permission to do so by their owner. They will keep their eyes lowered and their head bowed at all times. Pets given to Tavern/Pleasure Houses: These pets, live in the Pleasure house they are brought too. They are given a room, inwhich a slave will keep clean. Their primary duty is to be food for any visiting Dylorian, and to entertain them . These pets are also used by the younge males and females who have reached puberity, and for special occassions. It is a very common practice to pay for one or two pets, and have them entertian a private group for a paticular celebration or occassion. This may involved being used sexually by animals or having to orally pleasure an animal. Or races may be set up to see how quicly and how many a pet can pleasure with in a certain amount of time using their mouth, or how many can use a paticular pet before it colapses. These pets must do what ever insturcted to do or they will be punished. Pets Serving on Military ships: these are usually half Valdraken and half Caldorian. They usually have the ability to produce blood at an excerated rate, but do not need to be feed upon. They are usually born with two hearts. They are much like Tavern/Pleasure pets, in that they must see to the needs of all Dylorians assigned to the ship. The crew sizes depends on how many pets and slaves are assigned to the ship. Disgrunted Males: Since their home world was destroyed in what is refered to as the "Male Wars", the society enacted a knew law. Any male disatisfied with the his culture, may make a request to the Queen of the tribe to leave the planet. Depending on the mood of the Queen and the male that is making the request, may or may not induce conditions. The request will always be granted, but the male may be told never to return to his birth world, or he may be allowed to make vists. He is usually given one pet, of his choice, usually one that has just reach pubertiy, and one younge slave. |
