Today was our condo inspection. I was excited and nervous at the same time. I really didn't know how big or how small our place would be. dk took the day off from work. He actually moves in on May 9 so he was REALLY excited.
Here are some pics (not very good) of our new condo:

Our entrance. I should have taken a picture of our door from the outside. I really like the door of our place.

Our living room. It's teeny. I think dk was very disappointed. I'm not sure how we are going to fit everything in here.

We are in Phase 2. Our porch overlooks to the north east side of Sheppard & Yonge.

Another view of our living room. I love our hardwood floor. We picked blonde maple. We were very lucky because we were able to upgrade a lot of features.

We have a lot of windows in our space. This one (I think from our master bedroom) faces the north side of Yonge Street.

The kitchen. They were just installing the handles for all the cabinetry when we went in for the inspection.

I like how our kitchen is a separate room. I don't like how some condos have the kitchen the living room in the same space. Dennis was very happy about all our selections on tiles, colour combinations, etc.

The washroom. It looks very beige in this picture, but it's nice and simple.

This is our second bedroom. I think we may make this into an office or something.
