Wow. This not working this is really boring.
I thought that I would have all this free time to go to galleries and museums, but I realize going out is costing me money!
I can no longer afford to do that.
For the past 2 days I have been just lounging in my pad and it's driving me INSANE!
Tomorrow I must go out.

Since summer is approaching I'm looking forward to all the cute outfits I'm going to wear. I have yet to wear my new navy blue Tory Burch flats that I bought last week.
Here is a cute look that Eva Longoria sported. I'm loving the belted summer dress as well as her necklace. I gotta get me one of those.

I am so excited to put hardwood floors in our 2nd bedroom.
I think the Home Depot guys are going to be coming next week to install our floor. I have so many ideas on how I want to decorate the room.
Here are some before shots of the room.

As you can see the room is very bare. I guess that's a good starting point. I would like to get rid of this cheap Ikea desk and get a really nice modern one. Any ideas?

We are putting a dark Tibetan Engineered Hardwood in this room and painting one wall (shown here) in a gray. I would also like to put a magnetic wall primer underneath the paint so that I can put some neat magnetic bulletin boards that I found in See Jane Work. I would also like to get a nice modern chair like the Louis Ghost Chair by Phillipe Starck (shown in the March 2007 wishlist). I think that would add a lightness to the room.

For the rest of the wall I am going to paint in in a warm off-white colour. I think painting the whole room gray would look a bit too moody and small.

I have been staring at the closet door all day today trying to get ideas on how to make it a bit more interesting. I'm thinking of either getting a nice wallpaper with some gray to incorporate it to the accent wall. Or I can get some nice wall flats at 2modern. I'm still thinking about it.
