I REALLY like this site. They keep it updated, provide A LOT of good resources. A must visit! LAMBDA Legal Defense and Education Fund (USA) "The nation's oldest and largest legal organization working for the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, and people with HIV/AIDS." Very useful information, updated regularly, and clean web-design as well. That's the way I like it :) Human Rights Campaign "Working for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Equal Rights". You have probably heard of them. Very active, and one of our most important groups, that you can be a part of. Keeps you updated on the gay/lesbian issues in Canada - very good. Stonewall UK for Lesbian and Gay Equality Stonewall is the national campaigning group working for legal equality and social justice for lesbians, gay men and bisexuals. Lesbian/Gay Immigration About.com - Immigration Issues A huge forum community all about immigration issues. Become a member (if you're not one yet) and discuss your situation with people in the same situation, get or share advice. Very helpful! The Lesbian/Gay Immigration Rights Task Force (USA) "...is a coalition of immigrants, attorneys and other activists that addresses the widespread discriminatory impact of immigration laws on the lives of lesbians, gay men and people with HIV through education, outreach and advocacy and by providing legal services, information, referrals, and support." Legit (Canada) The Lesbian & Gay Immigration Task Force - seems very helpful. They provide you with information on how to go about immigration to Canada, will even send you a brochure. Lesben- und Schwulenverband Deutschland (Germany) In German. Without a doubt, this site is the best one when it comes to lesbian and gay rights in Germany. A new law has passed in August of 2001 that allows same-sex partner immigration. This is mostly thanks to the LSVD, a very professional organization.
